This lightly smoked and peppered wild pink salmon is fully cooked and ready to eat. Unopened package requires no refrigeration and is pack, dry-bag and shelf stable. Enjoy it straight out of the pouch, or, for a more substantial meal, serve over your favorite rice, grain or greens. Once opened, keep refrigerated and eat within 3 days.
