Supple, warm and featuring an articulated fit, our Insulated Snowbelle Pants keep the heat turned on with a waterproof/breathable and windproof shell, a compressible layer of always-warm Thermogreen® insulation and a soft internal lining that wicks and glides smoothly. The durable shell is made from an H2No® Performance Standard 2-layer, polyester micro-twill fabric (70% recycled) with a waterproof/breathable barrier for no-doubt storm performance. A DWR (durable water repellent) finish prevents saturation due to wet snow and rain and increases abrasion resistance. Snowbelles trap your heat with soft, compressible stay-warm-when-wet Thermogreen® insulation that’s held in place with a smooth internal lining that wicks moisture and glides over base layers to keep you moving freely. Thigh vents act like thermostats to control your inner temperature, gaiters keep out the snow and tough scuff guards offer additional leg protection. Waist details include a soft, brushed- tricot lining; internal elastic tabs to customize the fit and a loop on the rear yoke that connects to the powder skirt on any Patagonia® Snow jacket. Two zippered handwarmers in front hold money for your bowl of voodoo chili in the lodge. Includes an embedded RECCO® avalanche rescue reflector and an updated, articulated, feminine silhouette. Inseam (size S) is 32".

Water Resistant

DWR (durable water repellent) fabric finish repels light rain and snow and decreases dry times. When DWR is used in conjunction with a waterproof/breathable barrier, the DWR finish keeps the outer fabric from becoming saturated so that the breathable barrier can do its job.

Weatherproof

2.5-layer H2No® Performance Standard shell fabrics are completely waterproof, windproof, breathable and highly packable for backpacking, alpine climbing and backcountry skiing. They combine a water-repellent shell fabric with a waterproof/breathable membrane and a protective top coat barrier without needing a protective lining fabric. A raised print layer is applied to decreased layering friction and increase moisture management.

2.5-layer H2No® Performance Standard shell fabrics are coated with DWR (durable water repellent) fabric finish that repels light rain and snow. In conjunction with a waterproof/breathable barrier, the DWR finish keeps the outer fabric from becoming saturated so that the breathable barrier can do its job.

All products bearing the H2No mark have been vigorously tested for durability in our 24 Killer Wash.

Great for a Basic Ski Pant
I wouldn't wear these mountaineering or backcountry skiing, but for a day on lifts these are great. I LOVE the fit of these. My other ski pants (same size) are always tighter and I love how these give you some room to breathe / eat. The length is great and they are warm.

Perfect on a VERY cold Vermont day
I just took these out on the mountain for the first time and they were perfect. It was only about 8 degrees at the top of the hill, but I never once felt the chill with only one piece of base layering underneath. I’m 6’1” and about 190lbs and ordered a XL. Could have gone with Large, but the adjustable waist straps made it easier to keep the pants fitting right. Also, loving the Beryl Green color!

Flattering, basic, well made snow pants
These are so much more flattering than so many other snow pants I tried on (and I tried a lot on this season!), and knowing they are well made by a responsible company makes them even better. As for sizing, not sure what another reviewer was talking about...they do not run big by any means. Not if you plan to wear long Johns anyway. I find I’m usually an xs in yoga leggings, size 2/26 for regular pants/jeans. And usually, i wear xs in Patagonia in general. Never am I an xs in snow pants, and these are no exception. The xs in these were way too small. For reference, I’m 5’31/2”, 118#.
